Eggless Chocolate Cake




– 1 & 1/2 cups flour
– 1 cup sugar
– 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1 tsp baking soda
– 1 cup cold coffee
– 1/2 cup oil
– 2 tsp vanilla extract
– 2 tblsp vinegar

1. Pre-heat oven to 375 degree F
2. Grease and flour a cake pan
3. In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients
4. In a smaller bowl, mix oil, coffee and vanilla extract
5. Mix wet and dry ingredients together
6. Add vinegar and mix them well
7. Bake for 20-30 minutes

The two cakes in the picture require doubling the recipe.
